Eye-Tracking Software

Video from the website smartplanet.com from about 18 months ago.  Thought it was very interesting how the use of eye-tracking software could help optimize the construction and development of interfaces, websites and visual medias.

Creative Cow Magazine

I want to introduce to you to Creative Cow Magazine.  This is “The magazine for professionals working in television, film, audio, motion graphics, imaging and design.”

The magazine is the print version of their creative outlet.  It contains some very unique information on the state of the industry.  Learn about the technological advances, learn about the new equipment, and learn about how the professionals do the things they do.

The magazine is FREE for qualified subscribers… and if you are working in the visual fields, I highly suggest you request a submission.  Print and .pdf versions are available – and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Not only do they have the magazine, they also have one of the most diverse and talented online communities dedicated to the visual arts.  Want to figure out how to do a new trick in After Effects, they have the people that will help you.  This is, in my opinion, the best online visual support group there is.

93X Website Flippers

Well, it has been a few years since the demise of 93X and I still feel the pain of loosing the station.  As I was going through my graphic archives, I found all my old 93X website flippers – graphic design by Jonas Stoltz.  These brought back some good memories.  And I thought… why not present a few of them here.  If I discover other “good” ones, I’ll add them to this gallery.  Enjoy…
